• Products are not eligible for exchange.
• Partial or full returns are accepted for orders.
• Return requests must be submitted within 21 days from the order creation date.

General Return Conditions
• Orders shipped outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and GCC countries are not eligible for return.
