Return & Exchange Steps

At SELENE, we always strive to provide you with a safe and enjoyable online shopping experience. Below are the steps for returning or exchanging products:

Return Request Steps

  1. Go to your orders page via the following link:
  2. https://selene-official.com/orders
  3. Select the order you wish to return.
  4. Click the green button "Return & Exchange".
  5. Choose your preferred method to receive the verification code:
    • Email
    • WhatsApp
  6. After receiving the code, access your order and select the items you want to return, then attach a comment and photos explaining the reason (e.g., incorrect size, color difference, or product defect).
  7. After submitting the request, check your inbox or junk/spam folder for a confirmation message if you chose email.
  8. If you chose WhatsApp, check for the confirmation message from our team.
  9. Your request status will be updated continuously to track the return process by our customer service team.

Additional Notes:

  • If you are in Riyadh: One of our representatives will contact you within 48 hours. Please provide the returned items with their plastic packaging and carton, otherwise the return will not be processed.
  • If you are outside Riyadh: We will send a shipping label link via email within 24 hours for you to schedule a pickup.
    • The shipping company representative will collect the package along with the plastic packaging and carton. Returns without proper packaging will not be accepted.
  • After receiving and inspecting the items at our Riyadh warehouse, you will receive a discount code equal to the value of the returned items via email.
  • Use the discount code by adding new items to the cart and entering the code in the designated field before completing payment.

Exchange Request Steps

  3. Select the order you wish to exchange.
  4. Click the green button "Return & Exchange".
  5. Choose your preferred method to receive the verification code:

  • A shipping label link will be sent via email for you to schedule a convenient pickup time.
  • The shipping company representative will collect the package along with the plastic packaging and carton. Exchanges without proper packaging will not be accepted.

All return and exchange procedures are carried out after product inspection at our Riyadh warehouse.
