Return & Exchange Request Steps:

- Enter your order number and choose your preferred method to receive the verification code:
- After receiving the verification code, log in to your order.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
- Attach the reason for the request along with photosوضح الحالة (such as wrong size, color difference, or damaged item).
- After submitting your request:
- If you selected Email, please check your Inbox or Junk/Spam folder to ensure you received the confirmation email from our team.
- If you selected WhatsApp, please check your WhatsApp messages to confirm receipt of the confirmation message from our team.
- Your request status will be updated regularly so you can track the return or exchange process.
Product Collection Process:
- If you are located inside Riyadh:
- One of our representatives will contact you within 48 hours to collect the returned items. Please ensure the products are handed over with the original packaging (plastic packaging and box), otherwise the return request cannot be processed.
- If you are located outside Riyadh:
- A shipping label link will be sent to your email within 24 hours so you can schedule the pickup.
- A shipping company representative will then contact you to collect the shipment. Please ensure the products are handed over with the original packaging (plastic packaging and box), otherwise the return request cannot be processed.
Please note that all return and exchange requests are subject to product inspection at our Riyadh warehouse before final approval.
